From that moment on, Glen & the team were very helpful and communicative. We really liked that they had a list of recommended vendors (this helped us pick our own). I absolutely recommend reading all of the literature and guidelines they provide- there are lots of rules you and your vendors must follow (which helps keep the venue in beautiful condition!). Our wedding day was perfect and our guests were so impressed with the venue! The Gardens team was on top of everything and gave us a heartfelt congratulations at the end of the night, plus a card in the mail afterwards! “The grounds were beautiful, but still comfortable with modern facilities. Communication was fantastic from start to finish, and the staff working on the day of the wedding were incredible. “We considered many places while shopping for an outdoor wedding venue near the Twin Cities. While many were absolutely beautiful, they pretty consistently lacked modern comforts and updated facilities. The Gardens of Castle Rock was the gem that supplied both. The grounds were absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated, AND the property was flat, the sidewalks were paved, and there was a small, but very modern bathroom building. It was a perfect mix of “out in nature” and indoor plumbing. Potholed earth and outhouses were just not going to cut it for our crew…….Communication was always spot on. The staff were always quick to answer questions and kept everything organized. The day of the wedding was crazy, but the Gardens Team all seemed to know exactly what to do. It was a huge relief to be able to focus on other things. Truly, we could not have asked for a more capable and attentive staff. Christina, the Set-Up Lead, was a blessing, and I don’t know how we would have managed without her.”
