2026 Good Times @ The Gardens Live Summer Music Series

How does it work?

  • This outdoor event takes place Wednesdays in June, July & August 2026 at The Gardens of Castle Rock, 26601 Chippendale Ave, Northfield, MN 55057. The event moves inside the tent during rain.
  • The self-service style of this event is meant to be relaxed and laid back. Do not expect traditional restaurant service.
  • Carpooling is encouraged because many guests are single riders coming from work. Parking is available in The Gardens parking lot. Please follow the signs.
  • $5.00 entrance fee per person is payable upon arrival / check-in at the front entrance. The fee helps us cover the cost of hosting this event and helps maintain a sustainable guest count. Gardens’ 2026 and 2027 wedding couples receive complimentary admission – be sure to notify the entrance attendant.
  • Cash or credit/debit cards accepted.
  • Bar service is available under the Garden Pavilion.
  • Food orders are placed at the bar under the Garden Pavilion. Food is prepared in the Main Assembly Building. Woodfired nachos will be delivered to your table when ready.
  • No outside food or beverages are permitted.

Seating

  • Seating is first come, first serve.
  • Please do not move the large cedar tables.
  • Feel free to move the small and large round tables to accommodate your group because these tables are removed at the end of the evening.
  • We encourage you to bring your own blanket or comfortable lawn chairs to relax while you wait for a table to open or when you leave your table for another guest.

Music/Entertainment

  • Venue opens at 5:00 pm.
  • Live music will be playing from 6:00-8:30 pm.
  • Live music will be located on the lawn, near the tent.
  • The music will move inside the tent if it rains.

Food & Beverage

  • We promote a self-served relaxed service style.  
  • Cash or credit/debit cards accepted.
  • Bar service is available under the Garden Pavilion.  
  • Food orders are placed and prepared in the Main Assembly Building.  Woodfired nachos will be delivered to your table when ready.   
  • Street tacos with chips & salsa, woodfire nachos & fresh salads are available. 
  • No outside food or beverages are permitted.
  • FULL MENU COMING SOON!

Trash/Cleaning

  • Please dispose of your empty beverage containers in the trash or recycling receptacles before you leave. 
  • Please dispose of your food containers in the trash receptacles.  
  • Please let our team know if you would like a table to be wiped or sanitized.
  • Waste receptacles can fill quickly. Please be patient and let us know if they are full, and we will empty them promptly.

What about the Kids & Pets?

  • Good Times @ The Gardens is a live music event just for adults. We want everyone to be able to relax and enjoy a night away. The atmosphere isn’t intended for small children or pets, so call your favorite sitter and join us for the perfect summer night out.
  • No Pets / Small Children (16+ age event).
  • No outside food or beverages permitted.
